Malcolm is a senior electrical engineer and has helped major electricity market participants deliver energy hubs, utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), and renewable generation energy systems, including wind and solar PV . Malcolm has direct operational experience at power stations as the asset manager for the electrical systems. Malcolm has also gained construction management and site supervision experience EPC contractors at renewable energy and BESS construction projects . Malcolm has also worked as a consulting electrical system design engineer in Australia, the United Kingdom, and China, andhas nearly two years of experience in electronic products research and embedded control software development. Malcolm has a broad range of experience in electrical engineering design, construction activities, and electrical plant operation reviews.
Malcolm is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a member of Engineers Australia. Malcolm holds a 1st-class honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
